Keeping your information safe

When you provide your personal information to us, we take precautions to ensure it is protected. Our websites use SSL certificates to encrypt communication between your client and our server. This is indicated by a small lock next to the website address and the URL starting with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. We also run regular security scans to keep our websites and your information as safe as possible. Although we make security one of our priorities and strive to protect your information and our infrastructure, there is, unfortunately, no way to guarantee 100% security.

Keeping your information up to date

We will do our best to keep your information accurate and up to date, however, this might not always be possible. Please let us know if your contact details or communication preferences change at any point.

Use of cookies

Like most websites, we use cookies—small data files stored on your device—to help deliver a better experience and improve our services. Cookies allow us to recognise repeat visits, understand how users navigate our pages, and display relevant messages only when needed. Some cookies help us analyse which pages are most helpful, while others ensure smooth functionality—like remembering your cookie preferences so you don’t have to set them each time. You can disable cookies entirely in your browser settings; however, this may impact the functionality of many websites, including ours. We recommend managing cookie preferences through our built-in cookie tool, which lets you accept or decline specific types of cookies while keeping essential ones active.

We use three types of cookies on our websites:

  • Functional/Necessary cookies: These are required for the website to work properly. For example, they manage your cookie settings or prevent repeated pop-ups.
  • Analytics cookies: These help us understand how visitors use the site—what’s working, what’s not, and where we can improve. These cookies collect anonymised data and can be turned off via the cookie preferences menu.
  • Marketing cookies: We currently use MailerLite marketing cookies to power newsletter sign-up popups and display banners for special announcements on our website. These may collect limited user interaction data to optimise when and how the signup boxes appear.

The list below contains information about the main cookies we set on our websites and explains how and why we use them:

Functional/Necessary

  • cookieControl / cookieControlPrefs: these cookies manage our cookie notice and save your preferences.

 Analytics

  • _ga / _ga_3RG0EBFRJD: We use Google Analytics to receive anonymised statistical data about website visitors.

Marketing

  • mailerlite:webform:shown: These cookies are set by our Mailerlite. They allow the newsletter sign up boxes and banners for special announcements to appear on our website.

Links to other websites

Our websites may contain links to other websites, which are run by other companies or organisations. This privacy policy applies only to our website, so we encourage you to read the privacy statements on other websites you visit. We cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites, even if you access their pages through our links. The same applies to third-party websites that link to our page.

Children

In order to protect the privacy of children, we advise anyone aged 16 or younger to get their parents/guardians’ permission before providing us with personal information.

Changes and review of this policy

Any changes we make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted here. Therefore, we encourage you to check back from time to time, in order to ensure you’re still satisfied with the current privacy policy. Any major changes will be announced on our websites. We’ll also keep this policy under regular review.
